Installation proposal

This project proposal originates from my fascination to visually express what is reserved to our minds or memories. When thinking of time, I have a clear image of what a year, weeks, and days 'look like' in my mind, and this project is the culmination of a drive to actually 'see' them in space.

Visual representation of 'my year' - to be created as decals on the floor, in which the viewer is to stand in the middle and spin outward, looking at/experiencing a whole year.

Visual representation of a week of time, continually tracking in space without end. This would be represented as either a video projection scrolling across the wall continuously or on an lcd display screen such as a stock tracker, to give the 'never-ending' feeling.

Visual representation of each day of the week. This is to be shown on the wall adjacent to the scrolling week video, and these will be shown as projected through an old slide projector - so that the image has to focus, then comes into focus, and you could hear the slight clicking of the projector changing slides.
